All pups will recieve a health certificate, registration and current vaccinations upon delivery. Pups can be picked up at 8 wks of age or shipped out at 10 wks of age with approval of the airline. The buyer will be held fully responsible to pay shipping costs, and crate fees.

Buyer understands if pickup is not made there is no refunds or exchanges made and he/she forfeits all money given to the seller. If the seller agrees in writing to a different pickup date the buyer agrees to pay a $ 7.00 dollar per day penalty fee until pickup is made.

Any and all changes in this contract must be in writing and NO verbal change will be accepted. The buyer also agrees and binds him/herself to all legal actions in the State of Tennessee, Gibson County Trenton Tennessee and no other venue or recourse will be available to the buyer.

The buyer agrees and binds him/herself to take good and reasonable care of said animal, feed and house them properly according to their state and local laws. Further more not to let the animal run loose and unattended at any time and to promptly give the best medical care when needed by State Licensed Veterinarian at the buyers expense.

This Animal is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of the sellers knowledge, at the time of sale and has had all puppy shots up to the point of sale, the animal has also been wormed. The buyer has attachment to this contract showing the dates of shots and worming. The buyer is required to take the purchased animal to a licensed veterinarian with in 72 hours of purchase for a physical health exam at the buyers expense or this contract will become void. If the veterinarian finds anything genetically wrong with this animal it will be replaced with an animal of equal value. The buyer understands that this may have to come from the next available litter which could be over a year. Their will be no purchase refunds of any kind to the buyer.

A letter from the examining vet is required for the return of any puppy, stating the date of exam, complete diagnosis, tests preformed and a copy of the results must be sent to the seller at the buyers expense.

This animal has a health guarantee of 18 months from time of purchase against crippling Canine Hip Dysplasia. If the animal is found to have CCH dysplasia, the dog will be replaced or a credit given on another pup upon written verification form OFA or Penn HIP and the x-rays are required to be sent to the seller all expenses to be paid by buyer, the registration number of the dog and x-ray must match. The animal tests must show a lower then median low avg. score for it’s relative breed comparison (American Bulldogs), with degenerative joint disease, for a replacement or credit on the animal.

The owner has (3) three options, putting the animal to sleep, keeping the animal - spaying or neutering the animal is required, proof being sent to the seller or returning the animal and registration papers. The animal will be replaced from the first available animal of the same sex and quality to be determined by the sellers. All shipping on returns and payments related to any return is the responsibility of the owners (buyers). No financial refunds are available under any condition.

This guarantee does not cover such things as worms, manage, skin rashes, coccidian, fleas, mites of any kind or parvo. This GUARANTEE is VOID if the animal is bred before it’s 2nd heat cycle, for males less then one year old, abused mentally or physically, lack of socialization or injury is evident including but not limited to weight pulling and this animal is required to have a daily vita wafer from NuVet Labs 800-474-7044 using order code number 33726 until the 18 month guarantee ends. This guarantee is a puppy only guarantee and the buyer understands that there is no cash refunds on any payment made to the sellers under any conditions.

This guarantee does not apply to any animal sold for a purchase price of $850.00 dollars or less, all animal sold for eight hundred and fifty dollars or less has a guarantee of thirty days from the date of sale and the buyer understands that there is no cash refunds only an exchange of equal value, quality, when a the next puppy becomes available. The same sex is required on exchanges and will be made on the next available litter. A written statement from a vet and all test performed will be required on all three options available in the return clause of this contract.

If for any reason the buyer does not take the exchange the animal when the next available puppy is ready then the buyer forfeits his/hers replacement and no refunds or exchanges of any type will be available to the purchaser in the future.

The seller assumes no responsibilities of this animal after leaving the premises, medical expense, mortality, landlord’s disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreements of family or any other reason. It is further agreed and understood that no money will be refunded for any reason.
